Congratulations to Mary Ann and Martha. The work you have done at Pearlman Cancer Center to improve Survivorship Care in community cancer center settings is amazing. This blog will help our community settings share ideas and opportunities to improve survivorship care in their own setting. My hope is that our past teams will visit your blog and share their successes and hopefully encourage others with examples of interventions that improve the quality of care that cancer survivors receive at the end of treatment. I have invited all of our past participants to log on and update all of us with what is going on in their area.
Looking forward to learning more about how people are integrating survivorship concepts into everyday care!
