Patient programs developed out of our survivorship movement

One of the ways that community cancer centers can build a foundation for their survivorship program is to do a critical analysis of what are the strengths and weakness of their hospital, surrounding universities and area industries. In doing this during program development we were able to identify services to help meet the needs of cancer patients and those in survivorship phase of care. Two programs have developed out of this. The first program we call Art & Soul and the second program, scheduled to start in October 2009 is the Cancer Rehab Program. Keep checking this blog for details on these programs.
